What size should I buy?

Art prints are intended for impact. The bigger the print, the more captivating it will be to your audience. We suggest purchasing the biggest size that your space + budget allow. Our recommendation is that prints should be roughly 40-60% of the walls width.

Real glass vs acrylic glass

We choose to use a UV resistant acrylic glass to protect the print both in transit to you and while on display. The acrylic reduces glare to enhance viewing from every angle. With proper care, our finished prints are guaranteed for 100+ years.

How should I hang my art?

All our framed prints come with a sturdy wire hanger that is user friendly and keeps your print exactly how you hang it. We recommend hanging every print with a sturdy wall anchor.

Limited Editions + Certificates of Authenticity

All our prints are n/100 and will be numbered on the certificate of authenticity. We choose to not number or sign our prints. Anything numbered and signed will be specifically announced in the description. Sign up for our email to stay in the loop when they are released. All our certificates of authenticity will be mailed to you separate from your print and will be numbered n/100 and registered for collecting purposes.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

Every piece of art we sell is made to order. We take up to 5 days to individually print, mount, frame and ship your art to you. We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all of our orders and will send a tracking email to you when your art is shipped.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Currently we do not offer any expedited shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 1 hour to maintain our promised delivery times. You can cancel any order within 1 hour of the time stamp on your confirmation email for a full refund. After 1 hour, the sale becomes final and you’ll need to follow our Return Policy to modify any order..

My order arrived damaged, now what?

Pictures, pictures, pictures! Please document any and all damage to your art. Please contact our customer service at sean@ellisandpark.com to discuss the damage and replacement options. We will make sure the art is reprinted and sent to you in an expedited manor. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for damaged art at this time.
