Return Window: You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund or Exchange: You may choose to receive a refund or exchange for your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Art must be returned without damage to be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will process the replacement item and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
