ELLIS + PARK provides professional photography services including the sale of photography prints through our online store. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Custom Art

For custom photography, bookings can be made by contacting us directly at sean@ellisandpark.com. Payment details, including session fees and any additional charges, will be provided at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full before the scheduled photo session or prior arrangements must be made.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations or modification requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order - marked by the time stamp on your confirmation email. After 1 hour, all sales become final and you’ll need to follow our Return Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or modify prints due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or modified printing options will be provided to you.

5. Online Store

Our online store offers a variety of photography prints for purchase. All prices are listed in dollars, and payment is accepted through secure online payment methods. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

6. Copyright and Usage

All photographs taken during paid photo sessions and sold through our online store remain the copyright of Sean McNeil & ELLIS + PARK. Clients and customers are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or use the photographs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
